Fees & accountability
Planned total fee: 2% — 1% conservation, 0.7% operator revenue before expenses, 0.3% Pons. Based on a 1% base fee plus 1% creator tax, buybacks off. Final settings must be verified before trading.
Pons pays out in the pairing asset. After graduation, it may first sell fees collected in BUFO into the pool to convert them. This model does not eliminate sell pressure. Allocating and donating the conservation portion is our responsibility, not an automatic Pons donation. No organization has been contacted or agreed to accept funds. We will publish the conservation wallet, fee allocations and receipts for completed donations. Treasury balances will be reported separately from amounts actually donated.

What Stock Tokens mean
An eligible beneficiary could accept LLY Stock Tokens and choose to hold or sell them. Recipient and donation method must be agreed before any transfer. The treasury would receive fee payouts without our team selling a separate BUFO allocation to fund it; Pons’s internal fee conversions are described alongside.
Robinhood’s Stock Tokens are tokenized debt securities, not direct company shares. BUFO gives holders no ownership of Lilly, claim on conservation funds or right to company profits.
Stock Token terms restrict delivery to U.S. persons and other jurisdictions. Any in-kind donation requires an eligible, willing recipient; a cash donation needs a separately agreed, compliant arrangement. Stock appreciation is neither guaranteed income nor a promise of perpetual funding.

The real toad
The Sonoran Desert toad secretes toxins as a chemical defense. It also eats insects—the inspiration for BUFO’s tongue sticker. The artwork is a playful mascot, not a depiction of toxin collection or use. Species information: National Park Service.
Science and editorial context
5-MeO-DMT has molecular formula C13H18N2O (free base). Structure and formula: ChEBI CHEBI:2086, EMBL-EBI. Synthetic production avoids collecting wild-animal secretions for that supply; it does not by itself guarantee protection of the species. BPL-003 is investigational.
